electric_moped 1. Service Overview & Errand Model

ShaktifarmLocal is an on-demand, point-to-point neighborhood errand fulfillment platform operating across Shaktifarm and neighboring colonies (Subhash Chowk, Nirmal Nagar, Tegor Nagar, Govind Nagar, and Sitarganj Road).

• No Merchant Markup: We do not operate a closed merchant marketplace or inflate retail product prices. Customers pay the exact printed store receipt price plus a transparent delivery errand fee.
• Custom Errand Instructions: Customers provide direct instructions (e.g. purchasing fresh cakes from Nice Cake Bakery, hardware & tools from market retailers, groceries from the weekly haat market, or picking up parcels from the bus stop).
• Physical Bill Verification: Riders photograph and upload authentic printed or handwritten store cash memos/receipts to the platform prior to delivery.

payments 2. Transparent Delivery Fees & Payments

Settlement: Item reimbursement can be settled directly via Cash on Delivery (COD) or UPI QR code scan (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) upon receipt handover. Delivery fees must be paid in full upon delivery.

block 3. Prohibited Tasks & Restrictions

Users agree never to request errands involving:

• Pharmaceuticals, prescription drugs, medicines, narcotics, or scheduled substances.
• Weapons, explosives, hazardous chemicals, or flammable fuels.
• Cash transfer/money laundering activities or unauthorized currency transport.
• Harassment, stalking, or any action violating Indian Penal Code or local Uttarakhand municipal ordinances.

Riders have the absolute right to inspect packaged goods and refuse any errand suspected of violating these rules.

assignment_return 4. Order Cancellation & Refunds

• Prior to Rider Purchase: You may cancel an errand with zero penalty if the rider has not yet purchased the requested items or initiated transit.
• Post-Purchase: Once custom items (e.g. personalized birthday cakes, perishable groceries, hardware goods) have been purchased from the merchant, the customer remains liable for the actual item purchase cost.
• Damaged / Incorrect Goods: If an item was delivered in damaged condition or does not match your specific instructions, contact Rider Support immediately for mediation and reimbursement.

verified_user 5. Merchant Product Liability

ShaktifarmLocal acts as a logistics and errand runner facilitator. We do not manufacture foods, bake cakes, or formulate pharmaceuticals. All warranties, expiration dates, and product quality are the primary responsibility of the respective retail merchants in Shaktifarm. Our runners ensure careful transport and prompt delivery.
